  7. The Genysys 2000 Lot Management System is designed to track inventory movement
  8. by lot number. The system allows the tracking of purchases, issues to
  9. manufacturing, and sales to customers, of all lotted inventory items. For
  10. instance, if you shipped a particular lot number, the system allows you to see
  11. where you obtained the lot, and each customer that received the lot. If a lot
  12. number was consumed in the manufacturing process, the system will show all of
  13. the finished products that used the lot number.
